Product Care
Our leather range is made from genuine leather. Avoid rubbing your item against rough or sharp surfaces to minimise scratching. Try minimise touching the monogram part. Any oils will cause the monogram stamping to fade over time.
Local Delivery
All deliveries would be attempted at least once. We will not be responsilble for unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package.
International Delivery
Please note that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of US. We do our best in ensuring quick and smooth deliveries internationally. However, we cannot be responsible for any delays and extra fees which may be applied by customs and duty offices of the recipient’s country. ShopMacarena has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
